Thank you for telling your Family, Friends and
Associates about our rental communities. We know you love to tell them
about the advantages of living in a home managed by West Michigan
Property Management. When someone you know is looking for a place to
live, we want you to refer them to West Michigan Property Management.
In appreciation for your referral, we will give you a $100.00 rent
credit.
To participate in the Referral Program, fill out the form below and
e-mail it back to us or print it out. If you choose to print it, please
give it to the person you have referred. We must receive this form in
advance of meeting with your referral person or the referral person will
need to have the form with him/her on their first visit.

Terms and Conditions
Prospective Resident must sign a 12 or 18-moth lease.
Prospective Resident must fill out an application and be approved by the Rental
Office.
Credit will be issued within 30 days from the Prospective Residents move in
date.
Rental Office must be informed before the Prospective Residents first visit
or during the first visit.
